The Sumatran Mandheling is a classic preparation of semi-washed arabica coffee. Low acid with a spice and palate pleasing body.
Roast Notes: Medium color retaining the fruitiness of medium dark roasts. But due to the relative lower acidity of Sumatran coffees the cup is very smooth with full body and character.
