Grown on the high mountains ( generally over 1200 meters), around beautiful lake Yojoa, this Fair Trade Organic, Rain Forest Alliance Certified coffee, milled by Cohorsil, is truly a wonderful example of fine shade grown organic Central American coffees.
The cup is very clean with good fruit and floral aromas. Very balanced with a fine persistant finish.
