The Sumatran Mandheling is a classic preparation of semi-washed coffee. Low acid with spice and a palate pleasing body. Roast Notes: Medium light color retaining the fruitiness of lighter roasts. But due to the relative lower acidity of Sumatran coffees the cup is very smooth with full body and character.
