Our Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with our consumer sized coffees you may return within 10 days of receipt and we will replace the product entirely at our expense or provide a refund for the full purchase price less any discounts.
As you can understand our bulk coffees are sold at wholesale prices and may not be returned without our explicit approval. Bulk returns are subject to a 25% handling fee. Ground coffee may not be returned. Orders that have qualified for our prepaid shipping will be charged for shipping if return(s) bring the order below the prepaid shipping threshold.

Your Security

Shipping and Freight
We make every effort to roast and ship your order within 24 hours. We only ship to the United States. However exceptions can be made for APO's and other circumstances. We do want your business so contact us.
UPS is our preferred carrier.
Our Free Freight policy is for orders over $50.00 and is for UPS ground shipments to the 48 states.
