Brazil Santos

Brazil is the largest coffee growing country for a reason. Coffee thrives there. The term "mild coffee" originated to describe the characteristics of fine Brazilian coffee.

In Brazil coffee grows at elevations, 2,000 - 4,000 feet, as a result Brazilian coffee has a relatively low acidity which many people enjoy. The Santos designation is for the port of Santos where the best coffees traditionally shipped from.

Cupping Notes:
A sweet,mild, smooth coffee with an extra exuberant aroma. Flavor notes of citrus, cherries and cocoa. Roasted medium to slightly dark. This Santos also makes a fine Northern Italian style espresso. You may enjoy blending some with another coffee. Fun and tasty.
